MISSION STATEMENT

The REJUVENATION & TRUTH Outreach Program exists to restore dignity, provide essential resources, and offer compassionate support to low-income individuals and families. Our mission is to meet physical needs while nurturing hope, truth, and community connection through love-driven service.

VISION 

To build a community where no family goes hungry, no child goes without school supplies, no one is unseen, and no one is forgotten. We believe outreach is not just about giving It’s about restoring hope, dignity, identity, and truth.

CORE SERVICES 

🍽 Community Meal Outreach

We provide home-cooked, nutritious meals to individuals and families experiencing hardship.

Our meals are prepared with care, dignity, and respect creating not just food, but fellowship and connection.

👕 CLOTHING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

We offer free clothing distribution for:

• Children
• Adults
• Seniors
• Families in crisis
• Homeless individuals

Clothing includes everyday wear, seasonal items, coats, shoes, and hygiene essentials.

🎒 BACK-TO-SCHOOL COMMUNITY OUTREACH DAY 🎒

An annual (or seasonal) outreach event providing:

• School supplies (backpacks, notebooks, pencils, crayons, folders, etc.)
• New and gently used clothing
• Shoes
• Hygiene kits
• Free home-cooked meals
• Family support resources
• Community prayer & encouragement
• Resource referrals (housing, food banks, job support, counseling services)

This day is designed as a full community support experience, not just a supply drive.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH SUPPORT SERVICES

• Emergency food assistance

• Community prayer & spiritual care
