No refunds will be issued for:

Zoom / Virtual Sessions

• Late arrivals, missed appointments, or technical issues on your end
• Early endings or dissatisfaction with guidance received
• Classes, workshops, deposits, or prepaid services

⏰ TIME POLICY — 

NO GRACE PERIOD

• If you’re late, your session still ends at the scheduled time
• 5+ minutes late = Session canceled with NO refund 

📅 RESCHEDULING POLICY

• 24-hour notice required to request a reschedule
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows = Full fee forfeited
• Rescheduling is a one-time courtesy, based on availability
